Insurance Coverage with Annie Hines

We just wanted to update everyone on Annie’s insurance status.  Annie Hines is a licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist.  She is credentialed with and is a preferred provider for American Specialty Health, Premera and First Choice Health and Healthways (Aetna, Uniform, and Cigna)  for Acupuncture.  She is also credentialed with and a preferred provider for Premera, First Choice Health and Healthways for Massage.  As a reminder to everyone we do require a prescription from a physician to be able to bill you insurance for Massage visits.  Annie sees patients in both Seattle and Tacoma.
