Staying Active with Massage & Corrective Exercises Talk for the Tacoma School District

Our licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist, Annie Hines, MS, L.Ac, LMP, will be co-teaching a class with Will Saultes of the Tacoma School District on Tuesday, March 23rd.  The topics of the talk are,  ”Staying Active with Massage” and “Corrective Exercises”.  Annie will highlight the benefits of receiving regular massage as well as how to use massage for rehabilitation and flexibility.  There will be plenty of information to take home about stretches, nutrition, and contrast hydrotherapy. Will will explain and demonstrate how to realign your body with simple corrective exercises.
