 Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist and Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine

Cheryl House, L.Ac. is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM),  is a diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM),   and is licensed by the state of Washington and the California Acupuncture Board.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and received her Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego.   She specializes in the gentle techniques of Japanese acupuncture.

Cheryl has studied with some of the top fertility experts in Chinese medicine, including Jane Lyttleton, acupuncturist and author of Treatment of Infertility with Chinese Medicine, and Dr. Paul Magarelli, leading reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist.  In addition, Cheryl spent three years studying under women’s health and fertility expert, Karen Sulger, L.Ac at Acupuncture Continuum in San Diego.   Before joining Acupuncture Northwest & Associates, Cheryl saw patients in her private practice just outside San Francisco.  There, she saw patients for a variety of health concerns including neck and back pain, headaches, digestive issues, and insomnia.  During that time, she also treated patients for gynecological complaints and symptoms during pregnancy.

Cheryl enjoys helping people improve their fertility and overall health with acupuncture, Chinese herbs, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional therapy.   She is passionate about treating today’s health concerns with the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine.  On her days off, she is enjoying exploring Seattle.
