L&I To Cover Exposure at Work for Fertility

Many of our female patients, and their partners, work, and some are exposed to occupational hazards that affect the ability to conceive, the health of the unborn child, and child development.

The NW Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Unit (PEHSU), based at the University of Washington, can now provide free occupational reproductive health consultation services for workers in Washington State and their clinicians through funding from the WA State Department of Labor and Industries.
